Dave has been working in the field of orthopedics for decades. He first started learning under his grandpa Harry's teaching and then in 1999 became a pedorthist after taking courses at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital Milwaukee as well as National Pedorthic Services. His ability to apply shoe modifications to almost any kind of footwear is extraordinary--as you can see by the soccer shoe with cleats! He has provided lifts on work boots, sandals, dress shoes, slippers, children's, athletics and more!
Here are some more external shoe modifications that Dave provides:
Double upright brace transfers, medial/lateral flares, sole extensions, counter buttresses, replacing Velcro and hardware on AFO's, rocker soles, balloon/bubble patches to accommodate deformities and reduce pain, shoe stretching and he also recovers orthotics.
